Where four counties meet next to Disney

Four Corners is the area southwest of Orlando where Lake, Polk, Osceola and Orange counties all touch at a single point. US 27 and US 192 cross about a mile west of that point, and Walt Disney World sits just to the east. It isn’t a city. The Census Bureau first drew it in 2000 under the name Citrus Ridge, renamed it Four Corners for 2010, and counted more than 56,000 people there in 2020, more than double the 2010 figure.

Around that core sit the places we group under this name: Davenport, Loughman, Citrus Ridge and Haines City on the Polk side, and Kissimmee and Celebration in Osceola County. They range from a county seat founded in the 1880s to a planned town that Disney’s development company started in the 1990s.

Homes built for guests

What ties this region together is the vacation home. Polk County’s tourism office counts more than 7,000 professionally managed vacation rentals in the county, most of them around Davenport and ChampionsGate, and Osceola County has its own large resort communities. These houses are rented by the night or the week to families visiting the parks, usually through a management company acting for the owner.

That changes what a feature wall is for. In a rental, the media wall in the main room is often the first photo on the listing, so it has to look good on camera, stand up to a steady stream of guests and get built in the gap between bookings. We plan the schedule around your calendar, can work with your property manager for access and gate codes, and send progress photos if you’re far away.

And homes built for living

Not every house here is a rental. Haines City and Davenport have added thousands of residents in new subdivisions since 2010, Celebration has its own architectural rules and traditional house styles, and older neighborhoods in Kissimmee and along US 27 have walls that need checking before any design goes up. We adjust the design to the house, not the other way around.

How it works

We drive from Orlando, and there is no trip fee anywhere in Four Corners or the rest of Central Florida. Send a photo of your wall and you’ll get a price range the same day; the measurement is scheduled when it suits you. Our crew of three, up to six with specialists, does the framing, carpentry and finish, and all electrical work is done by a licensed Florida electrician. Accent walls usually run $2,000–5,500 and TV media walls $4,500–16,000.
