This website is operated by DH Standard LLC, doing business as Accent Walls Florida ("we", "us"), Orlando, FL. This policy explains what we collect through accentwallsflorida.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the estimate form or the calculator's email option: your name, phone number, email, city, the service you are interested in, wall size, your message and any photos you attach.
• Basic usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: to prepare a price range, contact you about your project, schedule a measurement and keep a record of the job. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Photos you upload

Photos are not stored on this website. They are sent to our business email as attachments together with your request, and we use them only to evaluate your wall. We do not publish photos of your home without your permission.

Who else handles your data

Service providers that run this website and our email on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, spam protection and receiving email), Resend (sending email) and Google (the mailbox where requests arrive). They process data only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and photos as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, as part of the job record. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
