Prices, ranges and the calculator

Price ranges on this website, in the calculator and in our replies to photos are planning estimates, not quotes or offers. The price of a project is set only by a written final quote after an on-site measurement.

Quotes and work

Work starts only after you approve a written quote. Payment terms are 50% deposit, 50% on completion, unless the quote says otherwise. Warranty terms: 1-year warranty on workmanship. Equipment, fireplaces and furniture are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Project photos and budgets

Projects on this website are real jobs we completed. Budgets are approximate and reflect each project's size, materials and options; they are examples, not prices for your wall.
